I have a herniated disc that bothers me now & then. It often affects my sciatica nerve & can be very painful! Since I refuse to have back surgery I have searched for alternatives to relieve my pain. I am not a fan of chiropractors due to a bad experience once. Anyhow, I discovered the benefits of Acupuncture & love it! After 3-4 sessions my pain is entirely gone.
